Late D V Brahme(Chairman Emeritus), founder of the company, after 21 years of dedicated service in Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd, established the company in August 1984.
He was a strong follower of the Great personality & Doyen of the Engineering Industry, Late Shri S. L. Kirloskar with whom he had rich experience of working.
Mr. Rajeev Brahme & Mr. Ajay Brahme, both sons of the Late D V Brahme, having experience in the diesel engine industry, joined him to build a strong foundation of the company.
Later on Mr. Umesh Saraf, who also has vast experience with Kirloskar products, joined the company.

Since its inception during 1984, the company not only gave good results to the Principal Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. but also established very large & satisfied customer base. Today’s customer is willing to look beyond the product itself. we have realized that the Customer is looking for a unique buying experience in terms of quality of the product, convenience of shopping, visual merchandising, customer handling, product display and presentation and of course above all complete solution to his problems.
